- Bread: 10 pieces
- Egg:3 nos
- Chicken boneless: 200 gm
- Onion : 2 nos
- Cabbage : a small pieces( 1/4 of a medium sized cabbage)
- Carrot : 1
- Green chilies : 2 nos
- Carrot: 1
- Mayonnaise : 1 cup
- Pepper powder
Cook chicken with 1/2 tbs of salt and 1/2 tbs of pepper powder. Once cooled chop cooked chicken into small pieces. (You can crush the chicken with a mixer.)
Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
In a pan add 2 tbs of oil. Once hot add chopped onions and green chilies into it and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 1/2 tbs of salt into it. After 2 minutes of stirring add chopped carrot, cabbage, and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Then off the flame and allow it to cool.
In a one cup mayonnaise mix the above filling.
Add chicken pieces and 1/2 tbs of pepper powder into the mayonnaise mixture, mix it well.
Bread pockets Making:
Place two breads together(one on another) and cut in a round shape using a round plate or any lid.
In a pan pour oil for deep fry .
In a bowl beat egg using spoon and keep it aside.
Then dip the round bread(2 breads together) into egg mixture followed by in bread crumbs and drop into pan. deep fry all bread pieces like this.
Then cut this bread through center, so it will look like pockets.
In the center fill the mayonnaise mixture. Tasty bread pockets ready to serve.
Serve it into a plate.
Using 10 breads we can make 10 pockets.
