Clean the chicken properly and cut into medium sized pieces.
In a bowl add chicken pieces, add ginger garlic paste, 1 tbs of salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder , 1 tbs of chicken masala powder and 1 tbs of vinegar into it. Marinate the chicken with ingredients and keep aside for at least 1 hours.
After two hours, deep fry the chicken pieces in oil.
Tip: You can use chicken powder instead of other powder ingredients( 3 or 4 tbs) .
