Clean the chicken properly and cut into cube sized pieces.
Marination of chicken :
In a bowl add chicken pieces, 1 egg, 3 tbs of cornflour, 3 tbs of maida, 1 tbs of ginger paste, 1 tbs of garlic paste 1 tbs of salt, and 1/4 tbs pepper powder. Marinate the chicken with ingredients and keep aside for at least 2 hours.
After two hours, deep fry the chicken pieces in oil. Keep it aside for draining off the oil from it.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 1 tbs of soya sauce, 1tbs of chili sauce , and 1/2 tbs vinegar mix it well.
In a pan add 2 tbs of oil, once oil become hot add chopped ginger and garlic. saute it and add chopped onion into it. saute it well. Add 3/4 tbs of salt into it. Then add chopped capsicum into it. Saute for 3 minutes. Then add sauce mixture into it.
In a bowl add 5 tbs of cornflour and 1/2 cup of water into it. mix it well. Add this mixture into the pan and stir well. Add 1/2 tbs of sugar into it. once it start bubbling add fried chicken pieces into the pan and mix well. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Finally add chopped Spring Onion into it.
You can avoid the cornflour mixture to make manjoorian as dry.
