Instructions to make chapatis:
In a bowl add the flour/atta oil & salt.Mix it well using water (sprinkle water in small quantity).
Otherwise Boil water in a vessel and add salt in it. Once it is boiled add atta flour and mix it. Then off the flame and keep it aside. This process will make chapati more soft.
Make a soft,non-sticky dough. Keep it aside for minimum 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes make large lemon sized balls using dough.
Boil the chicken with 1/2 tbs of salt and cook well. Remove the bones and take the flush. In a mixer crush the chicken and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry ginger, garlic, and green chilies paste. Then add chopped onion. Saute the onions until it become translucent. Add crushed chicken and stir it well. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder garam masala and 1/2 to 3/4 tbs salt. Saute it well until all ingredients mix together. Then off the flame.
Either you can stuff the masala inside the balls and roll out the chapati.
Or roll out chapti bolls and place 2 tbs of masala in center . Fold it through center and once again roll out gently. So masala evenly reach all side of chapati.
In a heat pan cook both sides of chapatis well using little amount of oil.
Tasty and healthy chapati chicken ready to serve.
