- Row rice : 100gm , (kuruva rice, chotari etc… not pachari)
- Urad Dal (Uzhunnu paripp):200gm
- Red chilly : 6 nos
- Asafoetida : small piece
- Curry leaves : 5 stems
- Salt – as needed
- oil: as required
In a pan roast the rice without using oil. Rice needs to double its size. once turns it color to brown, remove from stove and keep it aside.
Then roast each of ingredients(Urad dal, Asafoetida, curry leaves, and red chilies) separately in oil.
Then add all ingredients in mixture and grind it well using salt. Need to make fine powder.
Simple chutney powder ready. Use with oil….
