Coconut-milk (Thenga paal)

Ingredients:

  • Coconut : 1/2 coconut
  • Sugar : as required
  • Water : as needed

Preparation:

Grate the coconut.

In a mixer add coconut and 1/2 cup water . Grind it well. Then using hand filter the milk from the mixture. Remove the coconut portion by taking full amount of milk from the mixture.

Then add required amount( 2 to 3 tbs) sugar and mix it well.

Serve with Noolputt (Idiyappam), Appam etc…
