Cucumber juice

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber: 1 medium sized (Cut it into small pieces)
  • Lemon juice: 1 lemon jiuce
  • Salt(1tbs) or sugar( 3 tbs) : as your wish
  • Cold Water: 2 glass (As required)

Preparation:

In a mixer add cucumber pieces, lemon juice, sugar or salt and water. mix it well until it become a juice( not too much thick). filter the mixture using juice sieve.

serve it into 2 glasses.

You can add 2 small chilies  Bird’s eye chili ( kanthari mulak) for cholesterol patients. Its a good remedy for cholesterol.

In one cup cucumber juice there is only 34 calories, so it is best for diets.
