Curd Salad


  • Curd: 1 cup
  • Onion :1 medium sized
  • Tomato : 1 medium sized
  •  Salad cucumber : a small one
  • Green chilies : 2 nos
  • Salt: 1 tbs
  • Vinegar : 1 tbs ( you can avoid this if you dont want to include)


Cut all vegetables into small pieces.

In curd add vegetables, salt and vinegar. Mix well

Simple salad ready.Its a side dish for biriyani, fried rice, pulao etc..
