- Egg : 2
- Banana : 2 medium sized
- Cashews : 5 nos
- Raisins : 5 nos
- Sugar : 4 tbs
- Cardamom powder : 1 to 2 pinch
- Ghee : as needed
Peel off bananas and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl add 2 eggs,add sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well.
In a pan add 2 tbs of ghee, add cashews and raisins. Fry it and keep it aside. In this same pan add 1 more tbs of ghee and add banana pieces. Mix it well. Once it start to turn translucent add egg mixture into it and stir it well until egg become cooked. Continuous stirring needed after pouring egg mixture. Then add roasted cashews and raisins mix well and off the flame.
Simple healthy egg banana ularthiyath ready to serve.
