Gothamb dosa or wheat dosa
- Wheat flour : 1 glass
- Oil or ghee : As needed
- Salt : As needed
- Water : as needed
Pour 1 glass water(required water to make a loose consistency) , and 1/2 tbs of salt into flour. Mix well and make dosa batter consistency .
Dosa preparation :
In a dosa pan( non stick pan) add some ghee, spread it all over the pan.
Once get hot, pour 1 ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in round shape. Cook both sides well.
Easy and healthy wheat dosa or “Gothamb dosa” ready to serve.
You can add chopped onion and green chilies into the dosa batter to make it more delicious.
Also you can use carrots, drumstick leaves , spinach etc into the batter to make it more healthy.
