- Coconut : 1/2 coconut
- Mango : 1 medium sized
- Green chilies : 3 nos
- Shallots : 8 to 10 nos
- Curry leaves : 2 stems
- salt: 3/4 tbs
- Vinegar (lemon juice) : 1/2 tbs (optional)
- Water :1/4 cup water
Grate the coconut. Cut mango and green chilies into small pieces.
In a mixer add grated coconut, green chilies , salt, 1/2 tbs of vinegar and well grind all together with 1/4 cup of water. Keep it aside this mixture in a bowl.
Then add Mango pieces, curry leaves, and shallots into the mixer, crush all together well.
Then add coconut paste into the mixer and grind all together well.
Serve into a bowl.
