Mango Jam


  • Mango puree-1 cup
  • Sugar : 3/4 cup
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbs

Instructions to prepare flour:

Take mango puri , and make a paste with mixer.

Heat a pan and pour the mango pulp . Stir continuously.

Add sugar into it and stir it.

Mix 1 tbs of lemon juice and cook until it remove from side of pan.

Then off the flame and keep it aside in a vessel. otherwise it start to turn to hard.
