Milk Avil(Rice Flake Milk shake)


  • Banana :2 small size
  • Rice Flake : 1 small cup ( you can use roasted or raw)
  • Sugar : 1/2 cup
  • Frozen Milk: 500 ml
  • Roasted peanut :3 tbs + 1 tbs  ( for decoration)
  • Roasted Cashews : 5 or 6 nos


In a mixer crush peanuts then add banana pieces into it and mix it well. After that add frozen milk, and sugar into it  and mix well using mixer. Pour the mix into a bowl, then add rice flakes into it. mix well. In the serving glass pour the mix, on the top add add cashews, 1 tbs of roasted rice flakes and 1 tbs of roasted peanuts.

Tip: You can use boost or horlicks while mixing the milk and banana. On the top you can add i scoop of ice cream while serving the milk avil.
