Oats -drumstick leaves dosa:
Oats dosa is very healthy and prefer for those keep their diet.
Here we also using drumstick leaves to make more nutritious.
- Oats : 1 cup
- Onion : 1 onion
- Green chilies : 1
- curry leaves : 1 stem
- Red chili powder : 1/4 tbs
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tbs
- Salt : 1/2 tbs
- Drumstick leaves : required leaves
- Wheat flour: 1 to 2 tbs (optional)
- water : 1 glass, to make dosa consistency oats batter
Pour 1 glass water(required water to make a loose consistency) ,chopped Onion, chopped green chilies, chopped curry leaves, 1/4 tbs of red chili powder, 1/4 tbs turmeric powder and 1/2 tbs of salt into oats. Mix well and make dosa batter consistency .
You can add 2 tbs of wheat flour to make right consistency batter. This is optional.
Set aside this mixture for 5 minutes, pour more water if required to make right consistency batter.
Either add chopped drumstick leaves into this mixture or add as topping to dosa.
Dosa preparation :
In a dosa pan( non stick pan).
Once get hot, pour 1 or 2 ladle of batter into the pan and spread it. No need to make round shape as regular dosa.
Now add the drumstick leaves on the dosa.
Close the pan with a lid. Once cooked, cook other side. Spread some oil, if required.
Once cooked remove from the pan and serve into a plate.
