Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Egg : 2
  • Onions: 1
  • Green chilies: 2 nos
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt: as required
  • Oil: as required

Preparation:

  • Chop Onion, and green chilies into small pieces.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl
  • Add 1/2 tbs salt, onion, and green chilies into egg
  • Mix it well
  • Heat a pan
  • Spread little bit oil on it.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan
  • Spread it on the pan
  • Sprinkle pepper powder on it
  • Once cooked one side, then cook other side
  • Also you can avoid cooking the other side
  • Off the flame
  • Serve the Omelette into a plate
