- Shallots : 15 nos
- Tomato : 1 small
- Garlic cloves : 2-3 nos
- Red Chilies : 3 nos (You can also use red chili powder).
- Curry leaves: 1 stem
- Salt:As required
- Coconut oil
- Water: as required
Peel off the shallots . In a blender add shallots , tomato pieces , red chilies , garlic cloves, curry leaves, 1/4 to 1/2 spoon salt, 1tbs coconut oil and required water. blend all well , and make smooth paste.
Spicy onion chutney ready to serve.
Serve with dosa, idli, vada etc…
