- Potato :2 nos
- salt : as needed(1/2 tbs)
- Oil : for deep fry
Peel off the Potatoes and cut into thin round shaped pieces.
Clean these potato pieces in water .
In a pan pour oil and heat it. Once get heat add these potato pieces into oil. stir it continuously using a spoon or ladle , until it starts to turn crispy.
In glass make salt water using salt and and 2 to 3 tbs of water . Pour this mixture into the pan and stir it.
Stir it continuously. Once it turn crispy, remove from oil and keep it aside for 2 minutes. So it will be more crispy once it is start to cool.
Home made potato chips ready.
You can sprinkle red chili powder if you need spicy chips.
