Simple Fish Fry

Ingredients:

  • Fish : 250 gm ( any type of fish)
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbs
  • Red chili powder: 2 tbs
  • Salt: as required( 1/2 tbs)
  • curry leaves
  • Oil: for deep fry

Preparation:

Clean the fish well. cut the fish required size.

In a bowl add the fish pieces, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix it well using hand. Keep aside minimum of 20 minutes.

In a pan heat the oil deep fry the fish pieces. Add some curry leaves while frying and remove from the pan.

Serve the fish fry.
