Tender Coconut Pudding
Ingredients:
  • Tender coconut : 2
  • China grass – 10 gm
  • Sugar: 10 tbs (based on your sweet level)
  • Water: to soak the china grass
Preparation:
Take the flush of coconut. Use coconut flush and water also.
In a bowl soak china grass with hot water.
In a pan add coconut flush and water, sugar and soaked china grass. Mix well and cook until mixture become a thick( 5 minutes enough). Stir it continuously. It will set easily because of china grass.
Once it is cooled pour into a serving dish. Add chopped coconut flush pieces on this and refrigerate the pudding.
 Once it is set properly, serve it.
 Easy and tasty Tender coconut pudding( Ilaneer pudding) Ready.
