- Pineapple: 1 medium sized
- Green chili : 4 Nos
- Curd: 1 cup
- Curry leaves:4 stems
- Coconut (Grated ) : 1 coconut
- Cumin seeds:1 Tea spoon
- Mustard seed: 2 tbs
- Red chili : 2 Nos
- Coconut oil : 2 to 3 tbs
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Water : as required
- Salt : as required
- Grapes: 10 to 15 (optional)
Coconut paste: Using a mixer make a paste of cumin seed green chilies, and grated coconut.
Remove the skin of Pineapple and cut into small sized pieces.
In a cooker or vessel pour 1/2 glass water, Pineapple pieces, 1/2 cup sugar, and required salt, cook it well. Once get cooked add coconut paste and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Once get boiled add 1 cup of curd into it. Mix it well and off the flame. no need to cook after adding curd.
If you are using grapes, then add it along with curd.
In a pan add 1 table spoon of oil, once hot splutter mustard, Then add 2 red chilies, and 2 stems of curry leaves fry it well and add into cooked pachadi .
Sweet pineapple pachadi ready to serve.
