- Beef : 1kg
- Biriyani rice : 1kg
- Ghee: 100gm
- Onion : 4 nos
- Tomato : 3 nos
- Ginger garlic paste: 3 table spoon
- Green chilies : 4 nos
- Chili powder 1 table spoon
- Tumeric powder 1 table spoon
- Pepper powder as needed
- Garam masala 1nd half spoon
- Coriander and mint leaves
- Lemon juice : 1 table spoon
- Curd: 3 spoon
- Fried cashews and raisins
Firstly we want to cook beef.In a cooker add beef, half spoon garam masala, one spoon turmeric powder and salt. No need to add water. Cook it for 25 minutes.
Then in a biriyani pot pour 4 tbs of ghee. Add chopped onion when ghee gets heat. Stir onion at low flame for 4 or 5 minutes. Then add chopped ginger garlic paste and chilies to it and stir well. After some time add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add chili powder, garam masala and cooked beef. If beef contain water then cook this mix to dry out water completely . After this add curd,Coriander leaves mint leaves, pepper powder and salt as needed. Now masala is ready.
Next we want to cook rice. In a rice pot and add water and salt( for 1 cup rice 2 cup water). When water boiled add washed rice and lemon juice to it.Then add this cooked rice into the masala. Add some fried onion and cashews to it. Then close the pot.
For dhum biriyani put some charcol on the lid of pot and cook for 45 minutes.
Otherwise place one full pot boiled water on the biriyani pot and cook for 20 minutes.
Tasty beef biriyani ready to serve.
