Coconut chutney


  • Coconut: 1/2 coconut
  • Green chili: 2 no.s
  • Curry leaves: 1 stem
  • Salt:As required
  • Water: as required
  • Mustard seeds:1/4 tbs
  • Curry leaves: 1 stem
  • Oil: for splutter the mustard


Grate the coconut. In a mixer add coconut, sliced green chili, 1/4 to 1/2 spoon salt and required water. Grind well using the mixer. Add curry leaves and grind again.

In a pan add heat the oil and splutter the mustard, add curry leaves. Add this into chutney.

Tasty coconut chutney is ready to serve.
