Instant Dosa


  • Cooked Rice : 1 cup (basmati preferred)
  • Wheat flour : 1/ 2  cup
  • Rice flour : 1 cup
  • Curd : 1/ 2 cup
  • Baking soda : a pinch
  • Salt : as needed
  • Water: 1 and half cup
  • Ghee: for making dosa

Prepring batter (Dosa maavu) :

  • Grind rice, wheat flour, rice flour, and water
  • Make a smooth batter
  • Then add curd, baking soda and salt, Mix well.

Preparing dosa:

In dosa pan( non stick pan) add some ghee, spread it all over the pan.

Once get hot, pour 1 ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in round shape. Add some ghee above it.once one side get golden brown cook other side.

Crispy instant dosa ready to serve.
